		<description>U r so correct, i sometimes don&#039;t feel like eating breakfast.  I know this is a NO-NO,,,i&#039;ll have 2 cups of coffee &amp; there goes my appetite.  I know i should have some egg whites, oatmeal or something.  I don&#039;t eat anything white- meaning Breads, Pasta, Rice, etc... I have been juicing Pineapple, Cucumber, Parsley, &amp; Celery in the mornings.  That lasted like 1wk. and 1/2, but i will be back on my game starting this week. No more visits to the Cheesecake Factory for the Happy Hour!!!</description>
